A non-refundable retainer of 50% is due at booking to reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due two weeks before your wedding. You can pay by credit card through the invoice link I send, or by Zelle or Venmo.

The 50% retainer is non-refundable. It covers holding your date and turning away other work for that day. If you cancel after paying the balance, the balance is refunded minus any costs already spent on your booking. If I ever have to cancel for a reason within my control, you’ll receive a full refund of everything paid and my help finding another qualified photographer.

I keep the copyright to all photos and film I create and may use them to promote my work. You receive a personal-use license to make unlimited prints and to share the images online and offline with family and friends. Commercial use or resale requires separate written permission.

Coverage can run long by mutual agreement. It’s worth discussing the chance of extra hours before the day. Additional time is billed at my standard hourly rate.
