Good to Know

This is a quote request, not a booking. Your date is held only after you sign the agreement and pay the retainer on your invoice. Retainers are non-refundable.
Every flight is planned around FAA airspace rules. Some locations need FAA authorization or other approvals before the flight. I handle those, and the flight date may depend on when they come through.
Drones can't fly safely in rain, high wind, or low visibility. If the weather isn't safe, we reschedule. Weather is not a reason for a refund.
Quotes are for the Chicago area. Locations beyond about an hour out may carry a travel fee, always shown up front before you commit.
If I can't make it because of illness, an emergency, or equipment failure, I'll reschedule or refund what you paid. That is the limit of my liability.
The full agreement, including how you can use the photos and video, comes with your invoice.
